The Introtech team will initially engage directly with your organization to enable to gain a full understanding of your business and how it operates within your domestic market.
What are the key strengths of your organization and how can the Introtech team leverage the traction you have built to date to grow sales in the UK and broader EMEA? We will work closely with your organization, executing on the primary objective of replicating the successes you have seen in the domestic market within the UK and Europe.
We will work with you to understand the relationships that you have in place with local resellers and partners in order that we can effectively seek complementary partners and resellers within the agreed targeted geographic regions. In addition we need to evaluate the successes you have seen within specific vertical markets to date, once again looking to understand the successes within key markets in order that our team can work to replicate these successes within the UK and Europe.
Finally we would work with you to understand your key competitors within the domestic market – how do they affect your business and how do you sell against them? Once we understand the competitive landscape that you face locally, we can evaluate and recommend the most effective tactical and strategic actions we believe will show success against the UK and European competitors.
